I'm so excited i won a kit from Work In Progress! I've been following their blog for a while and what a sweet surprise to be getting some fun scrapy supplies from them.
This layout was a sketch challenge.
And this was a challenge to use a photo on a card. I took this picture last summer when i was learning how to use manual on my camera and choosing to have part of the picture in focus.

Happy 4th Birthday baby Girl
My little Makenzie is all grown up, turned the big four today. We had her party at home with tshirt painting and a pinata. We did have a scarf to cover everyone's eyes as they hit the pinata but after one round and all that was busted was a wing, Kenzie wanted to wear her cool McD's sunglasses that she loves. She was able to make one piece of candy fall out.

Mad Scrappin
I usually don't scrap well under pressure, I like to take my time. But willow traders is celebrating their 4th anniversary this month with daily challenges in which you have 24hrs to complete. These two pages were part of a sketch/scraplift challenge hosted by zanny zinnia. Oh, and I found out I won a free stamp of my choice from the scrap-room!!! woohoo!!!
This was from one of my favorite Scarlet Lime kits last year.
I finished this one over my lunch break at work today. I think it was a Nov TSR kit, i'm finally busting out all the scraps.

Busy week
I've got so much to do this week, I've got a stack of tax returns to file for family just sitting on my desk that I've ignored for the past week, I've got a birthday party to plan, a house to clean, my sister and nephew are in town...and yet I'm here wishing nothing was on my plate and I could just scrap.
I've got like 3 more pages to complete in baby Koen's book so I can give it to my sister before she goes home next week...here's the latest one using an inspired blueprint's sketch.
This was based on a sketch challenge on TSR's forum.
